Patricia and her team were extremely efficient. I bought a flat in no state to live in and within 3 months of engaging their services it was ready to go. She has all the trade contracts required to get the job done. They came up with solutions not problems and guided me through the building work (which I previously had no clue about). They even, very generously, sorted the problems caused by working on my floor to the flat below mine. Patricia was extremely enthusiastic and maintained the energy and drive required for a large renovation throughout.
